Frank Monroe Glover, 95, of Mt. Pleasant, TX, passed away on Sept. 11, 2019, in Pittsburg, TX. He was born on Aug. 22, 1924, in Sapulpa, OK, to William & Annie Mae (McCann) Glover.
Mr. Glover was the owner of Glover Feed Mills. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Mason’s, Shriner’s and he also served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his son, Frank Monroe Glover, Jr; son, William Scott Glover & wife, Brittany; daughter, Debra Glover McGuire & husband, Jim all of Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandson, Lake Harrison McGuire & wife, Sharon of Ft. Worth, TX; granddaughter, McCall McGuire Dyke & husband, Brian of Mt. Pleasant, TX; great grandchildren, Hudson, Drew & Lincoln Dyke, Campbell, Sailor, Parks & Townes McGuire.
Preceded in death by his parents, W. N. & Annie Glover, wife of 66 years, Lavonne A. Glover; half brother, W. L. (Bill) Glover & Mary G. Trull.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital or the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at the First Baptist Church with services to follow at 2 p.m.
