Charges have been dismissed against the four people accused of forging a will.

Daniel Hightower, 58, Barbara Hightower, 82, Emerson Justiss, 70, and David Elmor, 63, were all arrested in September after police believed the four forged the late Charles Sinclair’s will to cash in on his estate.

Titus County District Attorney Charles Bailey said the charges were dismissed this week, but he could not comment further on the matter.
